The Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan exercises state regulation and oversight in civil aviation, issues permits and certificates (airworthiness, aircraft registration, operator, maintenance, noise, radio equipment, non-scheduled flights, unmanned aircraft), cooperates with ICAO, develops e-government services, anti-corruption measures and international cooperation within its mandate.
